Yoga for Women’s Health
Wed. (7-8pm)

This engaging, health-enhancing class is designed for women in any and all stages of life—teens through menopause, seasoned yogini’s or first-timers. Build strength, increase flexibility and enjoy creating community with other remarkable women! Poses focus on bringing balance to the various systems in the body, as well as promoting vitality and improving immunity. Classes end with restorative asanas to replenish and recharge body, mind and spirit.

Pricing

Drop in is $12.  A package of five classes is $55 and ten classes is $95. For those yoginis who are able to come fairly regularly, there is also a ‘best value’ 20-class package available for $150.
